About the event Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, or Melot --Grab your wine tasting notebook and away we will go! Find out the distinct characteristics of these "Big Six" grape varieties, also known as the noble grapes, and learn the three steps of professional tasters. First, evaluate the appearance. Second, evaluate the aroma. Finally, evaluate the taste. Learn the basics with newly found friends in this fun, hands on course which samples one wine from each varietal. Class includes tasting, one glass of your favorite wine, and small bites. Class is limited to 20 people and lasts for approximately 90 minutes.
