Tamale Making Class

Every culture celebrates with holiday traditions. This year, we're hosting a tamalada, a tamale-making gathering. It involves a group of people, cherished recipes, an assembly line, and naturally, a feast of deliciousness! We'll be preparing cheese, shredded pork, and shredded chicken tamales. Join us as we get the filling and masa ready, spread, fold, tie, and steam in anticipation of our holiday meal, all set to the backdrop of conjunto music.
