About the event
Every culture has a holiday tradition. This year, we will have a tamalada, a tamale making party. A group of people, treasured recipes, an assembly line, and of course a feast of deliciousness! We will be making cheese, shredded pork, and shredded chicken tamales. Come join us while we prepare the filling and masa, spread, fold, tie, and steam in preparation for our holiday meal all with a backdrop of cojunto music.
