It's Thai Time

After returning from a visit to my daughter in Chiang Mai, where I enjoyed a variety of culinary delights featuring fresh and organic vegetables, seafood, meats, and plant-based proteins, I'm eager to share my newfound passion for Thai cuisine with you. Actually, Thai has always been one of my favorites! This is a series of four classes, each highlighting a classic dish.

The class will start with an in-house shopping excursion to the "market." We'll explore the various components of most dishes, starting with the essential curry paste. You'll prepare each paste using a mortar and pestle. From there, we'll build the meal to create something indescribably delicious, crafted by you! You'll will be partnered and have a cooking station complete with a wok and utensils, along with a mystery box—although you'll know the contents, so it won't be much of a mystery.
