About the event
We just got back from a two month trip visiting amazing places all throughout the Lower 48, Canada, and Alaska. The food stories and tastes have a lore all to themselves and the drinks, both cocktails and mocktails, were so creative. Chicago style beef sandwiches, fresh cheese curds, farm fresh fruits, vegetables on a farm in Wisconsin, amazing salmon and halibut in Alaska, fireweed honey, the use of barley as a grain from Alaska Flour Company, a stone fruit salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta in Banff, CA, amazing steaks in Missoula, MT, earthy and hearty fare in Colorado, lots of bourbon pairings in Lexington, these were just a smattering of everything we were fortunate to gobble up!
Join us this First Friday for fun, food, and laughs. We will be serving small bites featuring our travels and the cocktails- the highlight of which will be one for the history-makers.…
