A Taste of India Wine Pairing Dinner Menu featuring:
Starter
Paneer Pakoras- fritters with homemade cheese, onions, and spinach served with chutney
Mains
• Shrimp Curry-jumbo shrimp cooked with ginger, garlic, chilies, and a mix of spices and finished with creamy coconut sauce.
• Roghan Josh- traditional Kashmiri dish of tender lamb chunks cooked in aromatic spices, ginger, garlic, and finished with cream and ghee. With Accompaniments of Basmati Rice and Naan and Daal Makhni-simmered lentils finished with ghee and fried chilies and onions.
